These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site and any content, products, or services offered in connection with “Inner Lotus Golf: Return to the Still Point” (the “Book” and “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

4. Purchases, payments, and digital products

4.1 Third-party platforms (e.g., Gumroad)

Sales of the Book and related digital products may be processed through third-party platforms such as Gumroad or similar services. When you purchase through such a platform:

• Your payment information is handled by the platform, not by us directly
• The transaction is also subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy

Please review the third-party platform’s terms and privacy policy before completing a purchase.

4.2 Digital products

For digital products (such as ebooks, PDFs, audio, or bonus materials):

• Access is usually delivered by email or through a download link after purchase
• You are responsible for providing a correct email address and keeping your login or download information secure
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital product for your own personal use

You may not share, upload, or distribute the digital files publicly or with others, except as explicitly allowed in writing.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@innerlotusgolf.com and we will do our best to help.

5. No guarantees of results

The Book and related materials are designed to support awareness, performance, and personal growth both on and off the golf course. However:

• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as lower scores, particular financial or career results, or changes in relationships or life circumstances
• Your results depend on many factors, including your practice, effort, circumstances, and other variables outside our control

Any examples, stories, or testimonials are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that you will experience the same results.

6. Not professional advice

The content in the Book, on this Site, and in any related material is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not:

• Medical or mental health advice
• Financial, legal, or tax advice
• Professional coaching, counseling, or therapy

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Before making major changes to your health, finances, or life circumstances, you should consult with appropriate licensed professionals.

7. User content (if applicable)

If the Site allows you to submit comments, messages, or other content (“User Content”), you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit
• You will not post anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on others’ rights
